Background:
Anti-jo-1 antibody is the most common myositis specific autoantibody, which is involved in the immunopathological process of the disease, and plays an important role in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and classification of inflammatory myopathy. The commonly used detection methods of anti-JO-1 antibody include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Western blot.
