Background:
Immunoglobulin G(IgG) is synthesized in the spleen and lymph nodes, the highest content in serum (accounting for 75% of Ig), and has a long half-life in serum, mainly distributed in serum and tissue fluid, and is the main component of anti-bacterial, antitoxin and antiviral antibodies. It is also an important material basis in the process of anti-infection immunity.
