General Information
Background:
CD3 molecule is composed of four protein chains (CD3γ, CD3δ, CD3ε, CD3ζ). It is a primary transmembrane protein mainly distributed on the membrane of mature T cells and involved in the regulation of T cell development, antigen recognition and signal transduction.
