Return request

1.We Solutions accepts returns for most items within 30 days of purchase.If you need to return a product due to quality issues, please contact our customer service representative first. Under normal circumstances, returns are not accepted without our permission.

2.Due to the damage or loss of the goods in the logistics process (the customer should contact us within 7 days if it is found damaged or lost), it can be reissued or returned, and both parties are responsible for the return and exchange freight.

3.Due to the quality of our products, after the confirmation of our quality inspection department, we give customers free return or exchange.

Return processing

If the customer needs to return the product, he should first communicate with the sales staff to confirm, get the company's consent to send the product back, and attach the return registration form, indicating the company name and contact person. The customer needs to strengthen the product packaging to avoid damage to the product during transportation. The product requiring low temperature should be packaged at a corresponding low temperature, otherwise the customer should bear the loss.

The following two returns, the company has the right to return or reject or return, the loss of the company does not bear the relevant losses

1. Return goods without the consent of the company

2. We have agreed to return the goods and have not sent a return registration form with the goods

In particular, exchange or return is not accepted under the following circumstances:

1. Any reagent product not sold by abvigen  is subject to the order form.

2. Products that have exceeded the acceptance period;

3. The product has no label, or the label can not identify whether it belongs to Abvigen  reagent products;

4.The original packaging of the sealed product is damaged, and the one-time seal or rubber strip is damaged (except for quality problems);

5.The product has been used (except for quality problems);

6. Due to the false positives caused by the customer's use of environmental restrictions and the actual situation is not consistent with the customer's description, Abvigen  reagents will not accept the application for return;

7. If the returned product contains gifts, the gifts shall be returned together at the time of return;

8. Refrigerated and frozen products for transportation and storage;

9. Custom or special order materials.
