Introduction
Immunohistochemistry is the application of the basic principle of immunology - antigen antibody reaction. The color reagents (fluorescein, enzyme, metal ions, isotopes) labeled with antibodies are colored by chemical reaction to determine the antigens (polypeptides and proteins) in tissues and cells, and carry out localization, qualitative and relative quantitative studies on them.
