ABT213-I, ABViTM I gene transfection reagent is a transfection reagent specifically designed for adherent cells. It is a highly efficient and safe non-viral transfection reagent that can be used for various DNA or RNA delivery. The transfection reagent-DNA complex can be directly added to the complete cell culture medium. Serum and antibiotics do not affect the transfection effect, and the medium and transfection reagent are not required to be removed before and after transfection. The procedure is very simple. Just mix the biomolecule with the transfection reagent in PBS, and directly added to the cell culture solution after 10-15 min.

ABT213-II, ABViTM II gene transfection reagent is a biodegradable, branched PEI derivative, and non-liposome transfection reagent. The branched structure improves the transfection efficiency, and its biodegradability under physiological conditions greatly reduces the cytotoxicity compared with traditional PEI products. It is one of the most efficient and safe non-viral transfection reagent so far.  It is suitable for stable and transient transfection and it can be used to deliver a variety of DNA or RNA into different type of cells. The procedure is very simple. Just mix the biomolecule with the transfection reagent in PBS, and directly added to the cell culture solution after 10-15 min.
